ELISA Kit for the Detection of LONG® R3 IGF-I

LONG® R3 IGF-I (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) 정량을 위해 개발 되었습니다. LONG®R3 IGF-I의 정량은 세포 배양 공정을 개발할 때 사용 농도 및 공급 전략을 최적화하는 데 중요합니다. 또한 정제 공정을 개발할 때 제거(clearance)를 입증하기 위해서도 정량이 중요합니다.

  • Native 또는 재조합 IGF-1에 대한 제한적인 반응성
  • 인슐린에 대한 비반응성
  • 추가적인 plate coating 및 blocking step 없이 바로 사용 가능한 ELISA plate

Kit Contents

  • Anti-LONG® R3 IGF-I coated strip plate, 96 wells 

  • Reagent A: sample diluent (5x)

  • Reagent B: reference standard, lyophilized solid

  • Reagent C: detection antibody, lyophilized solid

  • Reagent D: streptavidin-HRP conjugate

  • Reagent E: TMB peroxidase substrate

  • LoBind tubes for standard preparation

How to use

  • 이 키트에 제공된 polystyrene microtiter plate는 anti-LONG® R3 IGF-I antibodies로 코팅되어 있습니다.

  • LONG® R3 IGF-I standard (Reagent B) 및 테스트 샘플은 샘플 희석액(Reagent A)과 함께 희석하여 immobilized 항체와 함께 인큐베이션합나다.

  • Captured LONG® R3 IGF-I 리간드는 이후 Biotinylated anti-LONG® R3 IGF-I probe (Reagent C)를 추가하여 검출합니다. 이 probe는 높은 치환율을 가지고 있어 Streptavidin-HRP conjugate (Reagent D)의 최대 결합을 가능하게 합니다.

  • 최종 검출 단계에서는 Tetramethylbenzidine, TMB (Reagent E)를 추가하여 매우 민감한 발색 반응을 일으킵니다. 발색 강도는 샘플에 존재하는 -HRP 리간드 양에 비례합니다.
